Our Brand

DomDom, Inc. was established in 2022 with the goal of featuring a unique perspective from a single artist. The body of work housed at DomDom, Inc. was created over the last 15 years and comprises of multiple pieces and is available for the world to experience and share in. The pieces currently on display here at DomDom, Inc. represent only a small percentage of the work produced over the last 15 years by the artist named, Dominic Alonzo Domingo.

DomDom, Inc. offers all original one-of-one (one-off) pieces of art. Up until this point, the art on display has never been viewed nor offered to the masses. The artist has provided previous works of art, not shared here, but are part of only a few private collections due to the artist beliefs. DomDom, Inc. will present the artist unique perspective as to why it was important at this time to finally release these master pieces to the world. While also offering an in-depth and unique perspective of an artist life and beliefs. The body of work currently on display all stems from the in-depth perspective the artist created in the original 3D Acrylic Painting.

DomDom, Inc. offers an experience that all will be able to be a part of and provides the ability to own an original piece of art. This includes, but is not limited to, the original 3D Acrylic Painting, a printed canvas with mixed media, a printed poster paper with mixed media, hat(s), clothing of all varieties, magnets, button pins, and much more to come. DomDom, Inc. will add more variety and options to this body of work over a span of time while releasing never before seen pieces of art. Branding Concept

At DomDom, Inc., we offer a concept with a unique perspective revolving around and stemming from an original 3D Acrylic Painting. Our concept and unique perspective are offered in a variety of what is called a "Full Artist Set" (pictured in this section). Each piece of artwork and or merchandise stem from any given 3D Acrylic Painting. The merchandise within any given Full Artist Set also includes a logo(s) revolving around the artist's name. This allows our Brand the opportunity and the ability to offer multiple perspectives and options of owning a beautiful one-of-one (one-off) piece of art and or wearable art, outside of owning an original 3D Acrylic Painting. Also allowing, the Brand and the artist to consistently offer new unique perspectives, new works of art, and or merchandise to the consumer that are rare and collectable.

Artist Biography

Dominic Alonzo Domingo

A native of Colorado, Dominic remembers considering himself an artist at an early age, more specifically, in the 5th grade. His earliest memory comes with mixed emotions, because he could not read, write or spell to even be allowed in the 5th grade. Fortunately for him, the elementary school did not give up on overcoming such obstacles with education, nor did Dominic. Rather, they both worked together by using what he did know how to do, which was draw. His first work of publicly viewed art was a 3' x 4' pencil drawing depicting “Snoopy holding a book,” which was displayed on a wall in the elementary school to help promote reading. Dominic states: "Since that moment I knew I was an artist and nothing else mattered."

The 5th grade allowed Dominic to be himself and help himself overcome the many obstacles and challenges he faced as a child who was placed into the special education program due to being diagnosed with learning disabilities. Dominic states: "I vividly remember the teacher catching me tracing spelling words that I had placed under a test paper handed out to the class. I actually did it all the time, hence, she had her eye on me, and I didn't even know it." He discovered years later that his teacher cared about him as an artist and also cared about the importance of being able to read, write and spell. Unfortunately, that care slowly dissipated throughout the following years of his education. Yet, he held onto the memory of the larger-than-life Snoopy drawing hanging on that wall. He even mentions, art always being there for him when no one else was there, because he was different than his peers. Hence, Dominic makes the claim that he is a self-taught artist. He has no formal training in the arts, has never studied art, or studied artist, nor did he study art technique and or form, but used art to escape and survive.

Ever since childhood and throughout his adult life, he recalls seeing everything as a form of art. Art helped him not only learn how to read, write and spell over time, but also how to draw and paint using all forms of medium. Dominic states: "I always turned to art and creativity while facing difficulties from growing up in a disparaged community, facing difficulties coming from within myself, and even facing difficulties as an adult while still struggled for many years with reading, writing and spelling." He expresses art saved his life on multiple occasions, after constantly running through obstacles, getting into trouble, and hearing people of all ages over many years say; “Figure it out.” So, he decided to turn inward throughout most of his life, using art as a form of self-taught therapy, and an escape, but then slowly decided to exude the artist that lives inside of him which you see today.

Today, Dominic’s art reflects his ability to face and overcome his fears by sharing his life story with the world, through beautiful, thought provoking, and a unique artistic perspective on display to inspire others not to give up, but to remain true to the inner self. Dominic states: "I would like to point out that all of the 3D Acrylic paintings are created without using layers per se, nor can layers be felt when sliding your hand across the original piece of art. Not to mention, the most unique aspect of each painting is they were created through visualizing the completed piece of art before any process is started, then I create them upside-down, backwards, and in a single setting." He hopes you enjoy the journey through his body of work.

Does the 3D Acrylic painting contain any fabric or other material(s), other than paint?

No, the 3D painting is made using acrylic paint(s).

How is the painting mounted to the canvas?

The painting is made up of paint, so paint is used as an adhesive (paint on paint on paint).

Will any of the 3D Acrylic paintings be reproduced?

No, the 3D paintings are a true one-off and considered an original masterpiece, therefore, will never and can never be truly reproduced. Not even upon request and or if damaged.

Why are the 3D Acrylic paintings so expensive?

The 3D Acrylic paintings are highly collectable one-of-one (one-off) and of museum quality. Not to mention, the 3D Acrylic paintings cannot be reproduced due to the overall process that is only disclosed to the collector upon purchase. Hence, the high price point.

Are the Canvas paintings with mixed media considered an original work of art?

Yes, there is only one canvas painting per image of original art produced which has mixed media added to the print on canvas, making it a one-of-one (one-off). And, will not be massed produced or printed as a copy of a copy.

Are the Poster Paper paintings with mixed media considered an original work of art?

Yes, there is only one Poster Paper painting per image of original art produced which has mixed media added to the print on poster paper, making it a one-of-one (one-off). And, will not be massed produced or printed as a copy of a copy.

Are the Magnets and Button Pins made with a copy of a painting printed onto paper?

No, the Magnets and Button Pins are original pieces of art placed under the magnet and or button pin film, making each magnet and or button pin a one-of-one (one-off). And, will not be massed produced or printed as a copy of a copy.

Why are there no prints (i.e., copies) of any artwork available for purchase?

Our Brand believe copies that are mass produced and sold are not in line with our sustainable goals (*See Sustainability), making any-one piece of art, offered on our website, a one-of-one (one-off). And, will not be massed produced or printed as a copy of a copy (*See Disclaimer).

What are the sizes in the clothing line?

Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, and Extra Extra Large (S, M, L, XL, and XXL). This excludes the XXL size, which is not available for purchase but kept by the artist for his own collection. A limited size based on being only one (1) of five (5).

Why is there such a limited number of clothing sizes available?

Our clothing is sold as a piece of wearable artwork, which is also embroidered (i.e., branded) and serves as the one-off aspect of our Brand, specific to size regarding each image printed. Therefore, a limited print based on being only one (1) of five (5).

What are the hat sizes?

One size fit all, however, there is a limit of five (5) total hats for each embroidered print of a specific color, color combination, and or set. Unfortunately, one (1) hat out of every five (5) is not available for purchase but kept by the artist for his own collection.

Disclaimer Section

All One-offs'

All pieces of art offered for purchase are “one-off" (one-of-one). The art should never be placed in or around any of the following which can cause damage after shipping. AVOID: direct sunlight, direct water, direct heat, and or any outdoor environment. The brand nor the artist is not responsible for any damages after shipping.

All 3D Acrylic Paintings:

The 3D Acrylic painting(s), not all, but some may include a mix of new and or recycled paints, giving the painting a unique feel and look as if the painting is “damaged" (i.e., cracked, dry, cut, etc.). The Brand does not consider these aspects as damage to the painting, but artistry used when working strictly with new, used, and or old paint(s) that give the appearance of fabric, hence, its unique appeal and our most important work of art offered as a Brand. Therefore, it is extremely important to never remove the 3D Acrylic painting from the plexiglass box or change any of the mountings installed on the back of the framed canvas which will automatically void any warranty, return, and or refund provided to the consumer upon purchase (*See Return and or Refund Policy).

All Canvas Paintings with Mixed Media:

The Canvas painting is comprised of a printed image of an original piece of art created by the artist, then using mixed media, the artist either “changes” and or “exaggerates” the features creating a one-off painting on canvas. Not all canvas paintings have the same process and or mixed media combination added. Therefore, if applicable, it is extremely important to never remove the canvas painting from the frame or change any of the mountings installed on the back of the framed canvas which will automatically void any warranty, return, and or refund provided to the consumer upon purchase (*See Return and or Refund Policy).

All Poster Paper Paintings with Mixed Media:

The Poster Paper painting is comprised of a printed image of an original piece of art created by the artist, then using mixed media, the artist either “changes” and or “exaggerates” the features creating a one-off painting on poster paper. Not all poster paper paintings have the same process and or mixed media combination added. Therefore, if applicable, it is extremely important to never remove the canvas painting from the frame or change any of the mountings installed on the back of the framed canvas which will automatically void any warranty, return, and or refund provided to the consumer upon purchase (*See Return and or Refund Policy).

All Magnets and or Button Pins:

The Magnets and or Button Pins have a painting underneath the film, not all, but some may include a mix of new and or recycled paints, giving the painting a unique feel and look. If the film is removed or damaged, then the painting can and will get damaged. Therefore, it is extremely important to never remove the film from the painting which will automatically void any warranty, return, and or refund provided to the consumer upon purchase (*See Return and or Refund Policy).

All Clothing and or Hats

All pieces of clothing and or hat(s) are considered wearable art and must be treated with care over time to avoid "wear and tear” and or any direct damage from misuse. Wearing and washing the clothing and or hat over time will cause damage (e.g., fading, discoloring, etc.). It is highly recommended that all clothing and or hat be “hand washed.” The Brand is not responsible for any damage caused by any of the above mentioned and or misuse of the clothing and or hat(s), which will automatically void any warranty, return, and or refund provided to the consumer upon purchase (*See Return and or Refund Policy).

All pieces of clothing and or hat(s) are only produced in a full number count of five (5). The full number count of five (5), specific to clothing and or hat(s) consist of the following sizes: Clothing comes in one (1) size each for a total of five (5); one (1) - Small (S), one (1) - Medium (M), one (1) - Large (L), one (1) - Extra Large (XL), and one (1) - Extra Extra Large (XXL). All Hat(s) sizes are one (1) size fits all. This creates a one-off concept regarding clothing size and not the image of art or embroidery, therefore, it must be mentioned that there will be a count of five (5), specific to an image and a hat(s) that only include embroidery. *See Frequently Asked Questions Section.

The Brand does not allow for access to the purchase of any Extra Extra Large (XXL) size, nor is the fifth hat available for purchase. This is due to the Brand allowing the artist to keep all of these items and allows the artist to share in the Brand experience.

Each piece of clothing and hat(s) may include a printed image of art, may include some machine embroidery, and or may include both which may include blemishes and or may not all be exactly the same, however, will have consistency in feel and branding. All items of clothing including hat(s) are not mass produced in a controlled environment, specific to the printed image and or embroidery. However, all plain clothing and hat(s) used in our process are massed produced by large corporations. This allows our Brand to offer a finished product. Therefore, not all items will look exactly the same, except for general branding purposes. There is a no return and or refund policy for imperfections when purchasing our clothing and or hat(s). *See Frequently Asked Questions Section.

All Plexiglass Boxes:

Each plexiglass box is manufactured as a single custom build. If the plexiglass box was not damaged prior to mounting, not damaged during shipping, and or not damaged upon receipt, but damaged by the consumer after receipt. The consumer takes on full responsibility and or all charges incurred (i.e., financial cost) to have the plexiglass box re-manufactured, shipped, and re-mounted at the consumer’s request. It is the consumers responsibility to maintain proper care of the plexiglass box over time, not doing so will automatically void any warranty, return, and or refund provided to the consumer upon purchase (*See Return and or Refund Policy).

All Frames:

Each frame may either be manufactured as a single custom build, part of a bulk frame purchase, and or single pre-manufactured frame purchase. If anyone of the mentioned frames is not damaged prior to mounting, not damaged during shipping, and or not damaged upon receipt, but damaged by the consumer after receipt. The consumer takes on full responsibility and or all charges incurred (i.e., financial cost) to have the frame re-manufactured, shipped, and re-mounted at the consumer’s request. And, the Brand does not guarantee that the exact same frame is available. It is the consumers responsibility to maintain proper care of the frame over time, not doing so will automatically void any warranty, return, and or refund provided to the consumer upon purchase (*See Return and or Refund Policy).

Shipping Policy

DomDom, Inc. ships their products across the United States of America and outside of the United States of America (Unless prohibited and or restricted by Law and or Commerce).

All shipping charges are incurred by the customer upon purchase of any and or all product(s) offered by DomDom, Inc. (shipping rates vary depending on the destination and or product(s) being shipped).

Shipping within the United States of America

Please allow at least four (4) to six (6) weeks for the delivery of all original 3D Acrylic Paintings shipped within the United States (time will vary based on destination and or shipping provider).

Please allow at least two (2) to four (4) weeks, or less, for the delivery of all other products (time will vary based on product type).

Shipping outside of the United States of America

Please allow at least eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks for the delivery of all original 3D Acrylic Paintings shipped outside of the United States (time will vary based on destination and or shipping provider).

Please allow at least six (6) to eight (8) weeks, or less, for the delivery of all other products (time will vary based on product type).

Return and or Refund Policy

DomDom, Inc. upholds its firm belief for a NO RETURN and or NO REFUND policy. Returns and or refunds will only be honored in the event of damage during shipping. No returns or refunds will be honored if the consumer is not happy upon receipt of our product(s). Our brand believes we, as well as the consumer, must be mindful of purchasing power, and purchasing without love in mind, which is like producing a product without love nor regard for Planet Earth (*See Sustainability Section). All products DomDom, Inc. offers for purchase were created with love and us in mind. The brand nor the artist wants to sell anything to anyone who just purchases just for the sake of being able to purchase something. Then simply returns the product and ask for a refund, which takes unnecessary resources and creates waste. If only we were all mindful of these factors prior to purchasing products for consumption (*See Sustainability Section). Hence, the high price point and limited availability or brand offers. DomDom, Inc. believes working together with the consumer, we can agree that we must all be more mindful of what we purchase, return and receive refunds for as consumers.

Returns and Refunds will be honored at one hundred percent (100%), if all bullet points below are met and proven to be factual within 24 hours of receipt of any damaged product(s).

Damage incurred during the shipping process (i.e., extreme visual damage, damage to the packaging, damage to a painting, broken glass, broken frame, damage to clothing, etc.).
Damage report and proof of damage report filed with the delivery company within 24 hours of receipt of any damaged product.
Photographs of all damages must be provided by the consumer within 24 hours, which shows details of all damage.
Telephone call and email must be received by our office within 24 hours of receipt stating the type and description of damage incurred.
Original receipt of purchase must be provided within 24 hours.
All the damaged product and or product(s) originally purchased and or received upon receipt must be returned to the address of return, including the packaging. This includes any and or all "free" and or "gift(s)" included with the original purchase that are unknown to the purchaser upon original purchase, however, are known after full receipt of a non-damaged product(s), as an in-kind jester to the original purchaser.
The damaged product must not be received in agreement that there was no damage, but rejected by the recipient, marked "Return to Sender," and not held onto as in the form of accepting receipt for damaged product(s), which will void the return and or refund policy.

The consumer is responsible for all of the above listed in order to receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund upon returning a DomDom, Inc. product(s).
